Our finished products are packaged in the form of reels:

On pallets
Benefit:
• Protection from shocks and external contamination:

-Reels protected by thin, transparent PE film,
-Reels separated by bubble PS layers,
-Palletization of vertical or horizontal core,
-Possibility of plugs, stop blocks or circlings.

On pedestal
Benefits:
• Minimize handling,
• Increase production homogeneity,
• Improve global productivity.

Other possibilities:
In order to streamline the finishing phase and minimize packaging refuse - while preserving sheet hygiene - several projects are under review to study: supple plastic intercalation, plastic pallets and stop blocks…
We already are capable of producing reels without cores, which helps reduce the amount of cardboard used in the workshops.
